This Privacy Policy covers the current Course 1 sales and enrollment path. The restricted Investigation Center feature (currently ADMIN_LOCKED and not available to general students) may process additional categories of information; a separate or supplemental notice for that feature will be provided before it is made available to students. • analyze Site usage to improve the educational experience (subject to analytics consent).

We share information only as described below:

• Stripe — payment processing. Name and email are shared with Stripe to process your enrollment payment.
• Cloudflare — security and fraud prevention (Turnstile).
• Google — analytics (GA4), subject to consent.
• Email delivery provider — transactional emails (enrollment confirmation, password reset) are sent through TPDP's email service provider.
• Legal compliance — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TPDP, its users, or the public.

We retain your account and enrollment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.

7. Your Rights

Deletion requests are received and queued. We will process deletion requests consistent with our legal obligations, including any applicable legal hold, fraud-prevention, accounting, or security retention requirements.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and session management controls.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Investigation Center — Separate Restricted Feature

TPDP operates a restricted Investigation Center feature that is currently available to administrators only (ADMIN_LOCKED) and is not part of the current Course 1 enrollment offer.

When and if the Investigation Center is made available to students, it may process additional categories of consumer information, including but not limited to: credit reports, identity documents, proof of address, evidence files, and consumer case information. A separate or supplemental privacy notice covering those data categories will be provided to users before they access that feature.
